Stephen T. Cannon:
Stephen Thomas Cannon has been actively engaged in the electronic payment’s industry since 1995 as co-founder of FullMoon Multi-Media, Inc. (FMMI). During his tenure with FMMI his responsibilities covered all facets of operating the business and ranged from general administration, finance and accounting, through advertising and marketing as well as direct client sales. During that period a strong project and product focus on e-commerce and electronic payment systems led to the formation of Secure-Bank.com (SBC) during 1997, which consisted of Stephen and three business partners. During his tenure at Secure-Bank.com Stephen spearheaded the product development of one of the Internet’s first e-commerce Gateways and Fraud and Risk Management Systems. SB was acquired by DCTI, Inc. in May 1999 and Stephen served as CIO, CTO, and President with responsibilities ranging from virtually every aspect of the business. In 2001, Stephen founded Atomic Tattoos, LLC the largest branded experience chain of tattoo and body piercing studios in the world to this day. Stephen continues to serve as Atomic Tattoos, LLC’s Chairman.
In 2003, Stephen joined Symmetrex and served as CTO through 2005 managing a team that delivered a next generation suite of payment processing application oriented toward service oriented architectures.
In 2005, Stephen founded PayAutoMata, LLC with the goal of providing software consulting services and took the position of CTO at Altair Financial Services, Pvt. Ltd. in London.
In 2007, Stephen founded 360 Sports Media Group, LLC. Stephen has also provided consulting services to more than a dozen companies focusing on development of next generation pre-paid and stored value card issuing systems. Stephen holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a concentration on Logic and Political Theory.
Sharad Chikara:
Sharad is involved in the electronic payment industry for more than eight years with a strong focus on next generation pre-paid and stored value card issuing systems. He has been actively involved in design and development of financial portals, online payment gateways, card acquiring systems and settlement and reconciliation systems and has held positions of VP of Business Development and Product Development. Sharad also helped launch ikobo, the first debit card based money transfer program in the world.
Sharad is also the founder of PayAutoMata LLC which provides business and software consulting to payment processing companies and financial institutions around the world. PayAutoMata, LLC currently has 25 employees in three countries and has expanded product and service offerings across a wide spectrum of technologies including sports media and payment processing.
Sharad also holds a B.S in Mech. engineering from India and an MBA in Finance from Pace University, New York.
